Main research direction:

  1. Research on broad-spectrum anti-resistance antiviral drugs based on rational design and phenotypic screening (focusing on difficult-to-cure viral infections such as AIDS and hepatitis B; respiratory viral infections such as influenza virus, coronavirus, RSV; and other emerging and recurrent viral infections);
  1. Research on innovative drugs for major chronic diseases such as gout, hyperuricemia, and uric acid nephropathy based on virtual screening and pharmacophore models ;
  1. Research on construction technology of drug-like compound library and efficient screening methods.
