At 9:00 AM on October 17, 2023, IAST Institute held a scientific meeting in Meeting Room C. Prof. Jim-Tong Horng from Chang Gung University, Taiwan, introduced academic programs and scholarship opportunities for students, postgraduates, and doctoral candidates at Ton Duc Thang University.

We are pleased to announce that Prof. Dr. Hab Le Khanh Chau has recently been appointed as a member of the editorial board of the international journal Mathematics and Mechanics of Solids. This journal is indexed in the Web of Science/Scopus database with an impact factor of 2.6.

In the 2023 ranking of the world's most influential scientists, by Professor John PA Ioannidis and colleagues from Stanford University (USA) on the Scopus database and published by Elsevier Publishing on October 5, Dr. Thái Hoàng Chiến from Tôn Đức Thắng University proudly stands as one of the 47 representatives from Vietnam.

The 2nd International Conference on Advanced Smart Materials and Structures (ASMaS-2023), organized by Ton Duc Thang University, took place from June 28-30, 2023, in Vietnam. The conference provided a high-quality forum for academic exchange on advanced research in science, engineering, and technology.
