Tên báo cáo: Ultrasonic-Assisted Synthesis of Red-Emitting Nanophosphors Enabled Electrohydrodynamic Printing for Advanced Security Labels.
Abstract: Red-emitting nanophosphors were synthesized by an ultrasound-assisted wet chemical method at 20 kHz. The sonochemical route yielded nanoparticles of approximately 25 nm with the tetragonal phase (JCPDS 17-0341), good crystallinity, and a dominant photoluminescence emission at 618 nm (⁵D₀→⁷F₂ transition of Eu³⁺) with a lifetime of 0.955 ms. The optimized nanoparticles were formulated into two security ink compositions and printed onto glass substrates by electrohydrodynamic (EHD) inkjet printing. The EHD jetting process was investigated in detail using a high-speed camera, which captured the complete jetting sequence from ink meniscus formation at the nozzle tip through droplet ejection and deposition onto the substrate. The entire jetting event was completed within approximately 0.002 s, providing direct visualization of the droplet formation dynamics governing print resolution. Analysis of the deposited ink revealed that the minimum controllable droplet diameter on the substrate was approximately 2 µm. Printed lines exhibited widths of 97-167 µm and thicknesses of 3.0-9.6 µm, with a minimum inter-line spacing of 300 µm. The resulting security labels, measuring 1.98 × 1.98 mm, were virtually invisible under ambient illumination and produced a well-defined red emission under 254 nm UV excitation, with sharp, continuous, and non-overlapping line patterns. These results demonstrate that the integration of sonochemically synthesized YVO₄:Eu³⁺ nanophosphors with EHD inkjet printing offers a practical and high-resolution approach for the fabrication of luminescent anti-counterfeiting labels.

Tên báo cáo: Ultrasound-assisted protein extraction from defatted peanut flour (arachis hypogaea) for liquid aminos production.

Abstract: During agricultural processing, a significant amount of by-products rich in valuable components remains underutilized. Defatted peanut flour, a rich source of plant protein, is currently used to a limited extent, mostly for low value-added applications. Recovering and converting this protein fraction into valuable food ingredients represents a promising approach, contributing to valorizing agricultural by-products and advancing sustainable food technology.  This study focuses on ultrasound-assisted extraction (UAE) of protein from defatted peanut flour, investigating key parameters affecting protein recovery yield and identifying suitable extraction conditions. The resulting protein extract was further hydrolyzed using a protease enzyme to generate peptides and amino acids, which were subsequently targeted for application in liquid aminos production. On this basis, the study evaluates the feasibility of using the protein hydrolysate as a primary substrate for developing liquid aminos, thereby opening up a novel pathway to transform protein-rich by-products into high-value food products.
