Abstract:

The repoiNrt is devoted to application of percolation approach to study mechanical properties of porous organosilica glasses (OSG) low k dielectrics and influence of porosity on mechanical properties. Mechanical properties degrade when pores create a connected network. The different percolation classes and percolation thresholds govern by transport and mechanical properties of low k materials with its correlation radius and diffusion time.
