Workshop to collect comments on the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Technology Transfer

On September 23, 2025, at the National Assembly Guest House in Ho Chi Minh City, representatives from the The Institute for Advanced Study in Technology, Ton Duc Thang University, participated in the Workshop to collect comments on the draft Law amending and supplementing a number of articles of the Law on Technology Transfer.

The workshop was jointly organized by the National Assembly's Committee on Science, Technology and Environment and the Ministry of Science and Technology, with the aim of gathering input from experts, scientists, as well as research and training institutions to refine the draft law. The draft is expected to be submitted to the Standing Committee of the National Assembly, and subsequently to the National Assembly, for review and adoption.

The Draft Law on Amendments and Supplements to the Law on Technology Transfer represents an important step forward in improving the legal framework to promote scientific and technological activities and foster innovation in Vietnam.
