Welcome Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ngo Ngoc Ha to the Institute for Advanced Study in Technology (IAST) – Ton Duc Thang University

The IAST respectfully welcomes Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ngo Ngoc Ha officially joining the IAST. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ngo Ngoc Ha is one of the outstanding scientists in the field of electronic physics and semiconductor materials. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ha was recognized with the title of Associate Professor in the field of Physics in 2024.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ha research focuses on silicon semiconductor quantum dots and related applications, along with optical and electronic materials from multicomponent semiconductors. His works have made significant contributions to the development of new technologies in physics, electronics, and optics.

During his scientific research career, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ngo Ngoc Ha has led and completed two state-level projects and one ministry-level project, along with many high-quality publications in prestigious journals such as Physical Review B and Journal of Alloy compounds.

With rich experience and outstanding scientific achievements in research, education, and innovation, the Institute believes that Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ngo Ngoc Ha presence will be a strong motivation, helping to enhance IAST’s position in the fields of basic and applied scientific research, high-quality training, and expanded cooperation with the scientific community both domestically and internationally.
